What is Family Pact?
Family PACT is promoted through CFHC & Youth Initiative programs. Family PACT provides no-cost family planning services to low-income men and women, including teens.
Why should I enroll?
Family PACT provides access to family planning services fro men and women, as well as education, counseling and treatment to protect your reproductive health. If you are concerned about unplanned pregnancies, call Mission City Community Network, Inc.at 818-895-3100 X 601.
Who is eligible?
Both men and women are eligible if they are low-income California residents and:
- Do not have insurance that covers family planning
OR
- Have insurance, but need to keep family planning services confidential

- Limited male and female cancer screening

A person qualifies if he/she has a California address. Client's eligibility based on:
family size, income and health insurance status. Family P.A.C.T. from State of California,
Office of Family Planning
